I’ve been eager to get back to my morning rhythms since having a little girl. The truth is, I’m so much better when I rise out of bed early & get moving before everyone else wakes up!

the basics:
645 is a combination of active warm-up, strength training, & cardio.
6 workouts per week
45 minutes each
13 week program with 4 stages — The first three are 4 weeks each, while week 13 is a Performance Week where you’ll reach your peak.
the workout calendar:
MONDAY: Lower Body Strength — A full body workout that focuses on the lower half of your body.
TUESDAY: Total Body Power — Targets major muscle groups.
WEDNESDAY: Mobility & Stability — Breathing, stretching, & mobility drills.
THURSDAY: Upper Body Strength — A full body workout that focuses on the upper half of your body.
FRIDAY: Total Body Tempo — Follow Coach Amolia’s pace & tempo.
SATURDAY: Cardio — Build speed & agility.
