Barre Blend

Barre Blend is a combination of ballet barre, Pilates, & cardio interval training. I usually go for the more intense, high impact programs like 80 Day Obsession & Liift 4.

This program is high intensity, low impact. High reps. Isolated movements. Small ranges of movement. Dynamic exercise. CORE. Alignment. & Active stretches.

I’ve learned that I need something in my life that doesn’t require me to be good at & that I need to do these things for the pleasure of doing it. Not for the sake of performing or competing with myself: Barre Blend it is.


the basics:

  • 8 week program

  • 5 workouts per week

  • 30-40 minutes


the workout calendar:

MONDAY: Classic Full Body Blend

TUESDAY: Booty Blend

WEDNESDAY: Cardio Blend

THURSDAY: Core Blend

FRIDAY: Lean Legs Blend
