I’ve been eager to get back to my morning rhythms since having a little girl. The truth is, I’m so much better when I rise out of bed early & get moving before everyone else wakes up!

If you’re looking for your next “quarter-of-the-year” fitness program, give this one a try. I started January 3rd & will finish April 2nd!


the basics:

  • 645 is a combination of active warm-up, strength training, & cardio.

  • 6 workouts per week

  • 45 minutes each

  • 13 week program with 4 stages — The first three are 4 weeks each, while week 13 is a Performance Week where you’ll reach your peak.


the workout calendar:

MONDAY: Lower Body Strength — A full body workout that focuses on the lower half of your body.

TUESDAY: Total Body Power — Targets major muscle groups.

WEDNESDAY: Mobility & Stability — Breathing, stretching, & mobility drills.

THURSDAY: Upper Body Strength — A full body workout that focuses on the upper half of your body.

FRIDAY: Total Body Tempo — Follow Coach Amolia’s pace & tempo.

SATURDAY: Cardio — Build speed & agility.
